HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Report to: General Manager
Objective of the position:
Manage and oversee all Human Resources functions of the resort, including recruitment, personnel administration, payroll coordination, employee training and development, labor union relations, and compliance with all related labor and legal requirements, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality people management standards. Main person responsible for all legal matters related to the hotel’s operations.
Scope of duties and responsibilities:
Personnel Administration
- Assumes responsibility for the proper, professional and smooth handling of all personnel administration questions and processes at the hotel
- Ensures that all personnel files are complete and up-to-date.
- Monitor applicable labor law legislation and its application
- Monitor and supervise employment contracts, contract supplements, certificates etc.
- Acts as professional contact person for resort staff and specialist departments
- Performs active consulting to top executives in all personnel management matters
- Compiles statistics and perform general reporting
- Handles all matters effectively with regard to labor union, legal matters and compliance
- Ensures compliance with the training framework plans
- Responsible for apprentice/intern scheduling
Recruitment
- Fully responsible for the entire recruitment process
- Assumes responsibility for the preparation, management and implementation of recruitment measures
- Organize recruitment campaigns, job fairs, open house sessions, and all activities needed to effectively source rank-and-file staff
- Maintains contacts to hotel schools, universities of applied sciences, etc. regarding internships and job offers
- Processes applicant correspondence in an effective and cordial manner
- Submits applications to the employment agency and other partnersLeads, supports and follows up personnel selection interviews
- Keeps the General Manager and relating HODs informed regarding the recruitment status
- Coordinate and support the Training Manager in handling the following issues:
- Determines training requirements and prepares training concepts, as well as plans, coordinates, and manages internal and external training measures
- Implements personnel development measures
- Assumes responsibility for the proper execution of technical/team training
- Performs professional instruction, assessment and promotion of his/her employees
- Implement training programs as prescribed by the Management Group
Payroll Accounting
- Enters the required wage-relevant data in the accounting system/ Payroll sheet
- Responsible for processing payroll at the end of the month
- Creates payroll reports etc.
- Corresponds with external bodies regading SI, TU etc.
General
- Maintain contact with the other hotels in the group and the head office in Germany, as well as with shareholder, our local partners
- Maintain contact with vocational schools in the local area of Tam Ky, Hoi An and Da Nang
- Undertakes the further development of HR standards, as well as coordination and cooperation with the head office
- Participate in planning and organizing company parties, training sessions, and other meetings
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and guidelines (occupational safety, fire protection, hygiene and other statutory guidelines)
- Notify superior of incidents affecting own work area
- Takes care of new employee orientation, induction and all HR related generic training in the hotel
- Coordinates and monitors all departmental skills training within the various departments
Additional Responsibilities

- Carrying out ROBINlife host tasks, e.g.:
- Participating in the arrival and departure service for guests
- Participating in cooking activities
- Ivolvement in the evening show and evening programme

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality or resort operations.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and labor-related regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, training, and HR administration.
- Good leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Professional, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
