Marcom Executive

• Attend to all telephone, email... inquiries in a timely manner

• Attend marketing meetings

• Assist with direct mail campaigns

• Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)

• Work weekends if required

• Marketing material Stock Control

• Coordinate journalist familiarizations/visiting journalist programs and site inspections as required

• Prepare administration documents required for marketing (ie: internet listings, advertising, booking of directory advertising)

• Co-ordinate hotel photography shoots/talent where required, within budget

• Assist with promotions (eg seasonal sales promotions and special events)

• Maintain collateral and conduct occasional audit

• Assist in designing marketing collaterals

• Manages the website content and social media channels as per guidance of DOSM

• Processes marketing related documents such as contracts, invoices etc.

• Keeps record (scan) of magazines and newspapers that features The Anam

• Assist with brand standards policing

• Work in line with business needs

• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety

• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by DOSM

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.

• Problem solving and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) and presentation software like Canva

• Marketing Savvy: Understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing metrics, and channel optimization

• Good writing skills; • Good English skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with external printers or suppliers, and meet tight deadlines

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
