Mô tả công việc

Wedding Sales Specailist is responsible for driving wedding business revenue, ensuring seamless planning

and execution of wedding events across An Lam Retreats Saigon River. This role plays a key part in

managing the end-to-end client journey — from initial inquiry, food tasting, site inspections, proposal and

contract preparation, to on-site coordination during the event.

The position will actively build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and

internal departments to deliver personalized, high-quality experiences that reflect An Lam Retreats’

standards of luxury and hospitality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Drive Wedding Revenue

  • Proactively generate and secure wedding business for An Lam Retreats properties.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic selling, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

2. Client & Wedding Planner Relations

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wedding planners and key industry partners.
  • Provide professional and personalized support to clients throughout the entire wedding journey.
  • Attend meetings with wedding planners to discuss concepts, timelines, and specific event requirements.

3. Event Coordination & Execution

  • Plan and coordinate wedding events in close collaboration with F&B, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage and host food tastings according to brand standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and property tours for clients and planners.
  • Oversee and support special wedding events to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.

4. Proposal & Contract Management

  • Prepare and send customized proposals and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients to secure bookings and manage contract amendments when necessary.
  • Ensure all booking details and payments are updated and tracked properly.

5. Internal Communication & Reporting

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and client feedback to management.
  • Support special projects and additional assignments as required by Cluster Events Sales
  • Manager, Wedding and Cluster DOSM or General Manager.
Others:
  • Routine and effective communication with all team members and Owner’s Representative.
  • Retreat Audits, Year End Audits, Quality Assurance Audits.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Diploma of college or university completion and achievements of sales, marketing or F&B management.
  • 1 years of experience or more in similar role is an advantage Cross-cultural work exposure in a team setting.
  • Ability to handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Good organization, project management and both short and long-term planning skills.
  • Strong communication and selling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills and can demonstrate ability to lead and develop other stars.
  • Very good command over written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of new product/service offerings and emerging technology supporting meetings and events.
