Mô tả công việc

  • Manage the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, including guest service, menu development, purchasing, staff training and supervision, and maintaining service standards; implement plans to maximize revenue and profitability; monitor guest feedback, resolve issues, and continuously improve the overall dining experience for resort guests;
  • Participate in the resort’s annual business plan; prepare the Food & Beverage department’s budget plan, including cost and revenue budget;
  • Plan for department manning in line with business and operational needs;
  • Create and implement F&B initiatives to help the resort achieve maximum guest satisfaction and revenue;
  • Coordinate with Executive Chef in planning, developing, and implementing menus for restaurants, banquets, etc., ensure that portion, garnishing, presentation, and food preparation meet the resort standards;
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing department to design promotion programs and events for holidays and seasonal occasions throughout the year in order to maximize departmental revenue;
  • Supervise department staff operations, facilities, revenue, and costs to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and profitability;
  • Compile and analyze the quantity, variety, and cost of existing menu items to identify the most profitable products, less popular items, or those with high food costs, in order to develop an appropriate menu;
  • Analyze F&B consumption to forecast purchasing and usage requirements; supervise the monthly inventory of equipment, supplies, and operating utensils within the department;
  • Ensure all operational procedures are properly followed by training all staffs and monitoring implementation; regularly update best practices related to departmental operations;
  • Ensure that all guest complaints and concerns receive appropriate responses, corrective actions are taken when necessary, and all guests receive timely and professional resolutions.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • BA degree in hotel management or related field;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience at same position in a 4–5 star hotel/ resort;
  • In-depth understanding of food safety, hygiene standards and compliance;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Creative mindset with up-to-date the trends on market;
  • Enhance guest satisfaction while driving innovation and continuous improvement;
  • Good command of English;
  • Proficient in using MS Office, PMS, and POS systems.
