Mô tả công việc

Co-ordinate and respond to telephone requests from guests and general work requests, direct and dispatch work assignments to Engineering trades via telephone, paging system or radio.

• Maintain work order request board, assign work request to engineering associates and return completed work orders to respective originating departments as per standard and procedure.

• Co-ordinate the preventative maintenance programs;

(a) Inputting data and procedures for Hotel’s preventative maintenance systems

(b) Allocation of weekly preventative maintenance

(d) Maintain accurate records of Fire / Life Safety (7years) and completed preventative maintenance

• Provide Secretarial support to the Hotel’s Engineering Managers;

(a) Ensure all office supply levels are maintained

(b) Maintain and co-ordinate appointments, meetings and inspection schedules

(d) Set up and maintain efficient filing system

(e) Compose and type all outgoing correspondence for the Engineering Managers

(f) Establish and maintain trace file in regard to all scheduled inspections required by local law

(g) Date stamp all incoming communications

(h) Responsible for taking minutes of meetings, typing and distribution of same

Less than 1-year related work experience

No supervisory experience is required
