Assistant Guest Experience Manager - Korean | Trợ lý Quản lý Chăm sóc khách hàng thị trường Hàn Quốc

I. Guest Experience & Operations

1. Welcome and engage with guests, especially Korean-speaking guests, to ensure a personalized and memorable stay experience.

2. Handle VIP arrivals, long-stay guests, loyalty members, and special guest requests.

3. Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction scores to identify improvement.

4. Conduct daily lobby presence and guest interaction to maintain high visibility and service engagement.

5. Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

6. Assist in handling guest complaints and service recovery professionally and efficiently.

7. Ensure compliance with Pullman and Accor brand standards.

II. Korean Guest Relations

1. Act as the primary point of contact for Korean guests during their stay.

2. Support translation and communication between guests and hotel departments when required.

3. Understand Korean guest preferences, culture, and service expectations to deliver tailored hospitality experiences.

4. Build strong relationships with Korean corporate accounts, travel agents, and repeat guests when applicable.

Loyalty & Brand Engagement

1. Promote and support Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program enrollment and member engagement.

2. Ensure recognition and benefits are properly delivered to ALL members and VIP guests.

3. Support hotel campaigns, guest activities, and brand experience initiatives

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Hospitality operations.
• Tối thiểu 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Front Office, Guest Relations hoặc Hospitality.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Thành thạo tiếng Hàn và tiếng Anh.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
