[BANYAN] HR_Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the hotel’s manpower plan and business objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
• Ensure all vacancies are filled within approved timelines while maintaining recruitment quality standards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-turnover positions.
• Manage recruitment channels including job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, schools, and employee referral programs.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation in the market.
• Conduct interviews and competency assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for positions and company culture.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and turnover trends.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor regulations, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new associates.
• Support pre-opening recruitment activities, mass hiring campaigns, and career events when required.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and manpower reports accurately.
• Coach and guide the recruitment team to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and HR teams to support workforce planning and succession initiatives.

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
• Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
• Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
