Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the hotel’s manpower plan and business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled within approved timelines while maintaining recruitment quality standards.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-turnover positions.
- Manage recruitment channels including job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, schools, and employee referral programs.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation in the market.
- Conduct interviews and competency assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for positions and company culture.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and turnover trends.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor regulations, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new associates.
- Support pre-opening recruitment activities, mass hiring campaigns, and career events when required.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and manpower reports accurately.
- Coach and guide the recruitment team to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and HR teams to support workforce planning and succession initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
- Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
- Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
