Mô tả công việc

  • Oversee and manage the overall operations of Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars and banquet services, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
  • Ensure service quality and guest experience are delivered in accordance with hotel and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement operational and business plans to achieve revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction targets.
  • Lead, train and develop the F&B team, fostering a professional, motivated and service-oriented work environment.
  • Monitor and control operating costs, inventory and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with related departments to support promotions, events and initiatives that enhance guest experience and drive business performance.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, occupational safety and hotel operational standards and regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including management experience in hotels or hospitality environments.
  • Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of F&B operations, budgeting, cost control and guest service standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage.
  • Results-oriented, proactive and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
