Mô tả công việc

  • Assist the Director of F&B and Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars and banquet services.
  • Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction are maintained in accordance with hotel and brand standards.
  • Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of operational and business activities to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Supervise, train and develop F&B associates to ensure efficient operations and high service standards.
  • Monitor operating costs, inventory and resource utilization to support cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with related departments to implement promotions, events and guest experience initiatives.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, occupational safety and hotel operational policies and procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with supervisory or management experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of F&B operations, service standards and cost control principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office; hotel system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proactive, service-oriented and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
