Overview:
Lead the daily operations of the Japanese restaurant, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational performance in a 5-star hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Japanese restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality dining experiences and personalized service.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and service procedures.
- Monitor restaurant revenue, and operating expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and stock control to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
- Support the planning and execution of promotions, special events, and seasonal dining experiences.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Foster a positive team culture and maintain high employee engagement.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end Japanese restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and revenue management.
- Fluent English; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage.
- Professional, proactive, and passionate about delivering premium guest experiences.
