Mô tả công việc

  • Support the preparation and submission of contracts, approval documents, and related paperwork for signatures.
  • Prepare quotations and sales documents in accordance with the hotel’s standard templates and procedures.
  • Assist in checking mooncake products, packaging, and gift boxes to ensure quality, quantity, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor and verify daily/monthly sales reports to ensure accuracy and proper record keeping.
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the department.
