• Check the cashier report of each shift, check immediately if there are any discrepancies. Save ongoing reports for easy reconciliation

• Receive money and documents, prepare daily fund reports and submit cash, checks, and online payments to the bank

• Have a plan for surprise checks and periodic month-end inventory of all fund balances in the resort to ensure all transactions related to revenues and advances to guests have complete accompanying documents

• Prepare reports and pay money into bank accounts while balancing documents and details of operations on bank accounts

• Monitor all internal fund contracts and check funds regularly

• Responsible for maintaining enough cash change to exchange for cashiers at points of sale

• Check cash summary reports to maintain sufficient cash for resort operations

• Prepare cash receipts such as receipts from cashiers or payments made in cash

• Prepare payment vouchers for approved cash payments

• Monitor advances and refunds

• Organize professional training courses for cashier teams at sales points

• Update information and policies on customer credit cards issued by the bank to each cashier

• Performing other tasks as assigned by superior
