• Build and operate server systems

• Plan network security and data structure for the internal network system

• Build and operate email server system

• Plan hardware investment, software copyright, manage internal telephone switchboard system

• Configure and administer hotel website

• Execute data backup. Network connection for BPs

• Deploy a firewall system to ensure network security and data structure

• Deploy policies for all workstations, internet access for all workstations and mobile devices and guest connectivity

• Assign and supervise the work of the IT department

• Repair and support the installation of desktop computers, printers and other peripheral devices to meet the needs of departments in the resort.

• Guide users on software and applications

• Monitor the operation of servers of ISA-NET/ ISA-MAIL/ SYMANTEC/DC/ AC_File Server/ PMS

• Ensure the fastest possible service support whenever an error occurs.

• Ensure the safety of the network system, ensuring data is not leaked, especially important and confidential data

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing data is strictly controlled and virus prevented

• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.

• Graduated from college or higher and majoring in IT

• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession

• Understand hotel policies and procedures related to the IT department

• Having at least 02 years working experience in the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/ resort and pre-opening experience is a plus
