Mô tả công việc

* Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

* Take food and beverage orders accurately.

* Serve food and drinks according to company standards.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.

* Ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.

* Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints professionally.

* Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Assist with opening and closing duties.

* Learn and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, cocktails, and beverages.

* Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
