Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all reservation operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and guest-oriented service.
• Supervise and train the reservations team to handle individual, group, and corporate bookings professionally.
• Maximize room revenue by implementing effective selling strategies, up-selling techniques, and rate management.
• Coordinate with the Revenue Manager and Sales Department to optimize room inventory and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and guest preferences in the hotel system.
• Monitor daily reservation activities and ensure prompt response to guest inquiries and requests.
• Prepare and analyze occupancy forecasts, booking trends, and performance reports.
• Ensure all communication with guests and partners reflects the hotel’s service standards and brand image.
• Manage relationships with online travel agents (OTAs), corporate clients, and travel partners.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position at a 4–5-star hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems (Opera, Smile, or similar PMS).
• Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
