- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate room night production and long-stay business.
- Identify and acquire new corporate accounts through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and sales visits.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, hotel presentations, and site inspections.
- Manage and grow assigned Travel Agent (TA) and B2B partner accounts.
- Prepare corporate rate proposals, contracts, RFP submissions, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and account information in CRM systems.
- Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the department.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Corporate segment.
- Experience handling Travel Agent (TA), B2B, or wholesale accounts is an advantage.
- Proven track record in business development and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including communicating, listening, and coaching
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations
- Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment
