Mô tả công việc
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all drinks served.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of stock shortages.
• Receive, store, and rotate bar products correctly.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately when required.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bar.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and be able to recommend drinks and food pairings to guests.
• Contribute ideas for new cocktails, specials, and bar improvements.
