Mô tả công việc
-Develop and implement the annual training plan in alignment with hotel objectives.
-Conduct orientation programs and mandatory training for new employees.
-Identify training needs through performance reviews, operational requirements, and management feedback.
-Design, coordinate, and facilitate internal and external training programs.
-Monitor training effectiveness and maintain all training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
-Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and participating in selection processes.
-Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, recognition programs, and internal communication initiatives.
-Collaborate with department heads to build talent development and succession planning programs.
-Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and legal requirements related to training and workforce development.
-Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the HR Director, General Manager, or Management Team.

Yêu cầu công việc
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Human Resources within the hospitality industry.
-Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
-Good command of English, both written and spoken.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
-Experience in recruitment and employee engagement activities is an advantage
