- Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section during daily operations.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and stock levels within the assigned section.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and the introduction of new dishes.
- Supervise, train, and support junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety in compliance with company and local regulations.
- Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of kitchen resources.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections and service teams to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
- Conduct regular checks on ingredients, equipment, and storage areas to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in an Indian kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP or equivalent).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Culinary certification or relevant professional training is preferred.
