Mô tả công việc

Administration

• Assists the Executive Housekeeper in the smooth and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department.

• Ensures all Housekeeping policies, procedures, and service standards are implemented and maintained in accordance with hotel and brand requirements.

• Reviews daily operational reports and follows up on outstanding issues.

• Assists in preparing departmental budgets, forecasts, manpower planning, and productivity reports.

• Monitors departmental expenses and ensures efficient utilization of resources.

• Maintains accurate records of inventories, supplies, equipment, and linen.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong leadership, supervisory, coaching, and team management skills.

• Thorough knowledge of Housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
