• Coordinate content creation for digital platforms, including social media, website, EDMs, and marketing collaterals.
• Assist in managing social media channels and online reputation, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate marketing partnerships, media collaborations, KOL/influencer engagements, and sponsorship activities.
• Support the organization and execution of events, CSR programs, resident engagement activities, and brand activations.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and materials.
• Assist in updating marketing databases, promotional listings, website content, and brand assets.
• Track campaign performance, compile reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all marketing communications and materials comply with brand guidelines and standards.
• Support administrative tasks, including budget tracking, purchase requests, invoices, contracts, and marketing documentation.

Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of working experience.
• Experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager looking to step up into a leadership role is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles, ADR/RevPAR metrics, and market share analysis (STR).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a targets-driven sales team.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; local language proficiency is a distinct advantage.
