Mô tả công việc

Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily Front Office operations
Ensure smooth operation of Reception, Guest Services, and Reservations
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
Supervise, train, and motivate Front Office team members
Monitor room status, occupancy, and coordinate with other departments
Maintain service standards and ensure excellent guest experience
Prepare reports and support operational planning

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 3–5 years of Front Office experience, including 1–2 years in a Assistant role
Strong knowledge of Front Office operations (Reception, Guest Services, Reservations)
Proficient in PMS (Opera)
Good communication and guest complaint handling skills
Strong leadership and team management ability
Good command of English
Able to work under pressure and flexible with shifts
