Mô tả công việc

- Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.

- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, including up-selling.

-Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets, gift certificates).

- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.

- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.

- Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking guest reservations. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing).

The 220-key Hoi An Marriott Resort & Spa is centrally located in Hoi An’s coastal resort area along Cua Dai Beach. The resort features four F&B outlets: two restaurants, a poolside bar and grill, and a lobby lounge. It also boasts a 750-square-meter ballroom and three meeting rooms, totaling 1,100 square meters of function space, making it the third largest among hotels in Da Nang and Hoi An. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, kid’s club, and water activities center. The resort is easily accessible, being approximately a 5-minute drive northeast of Hoi An’s Ancient Town, an 8-minute drive southeast of two golf resorts and Marble Mountain, a 15-minute drive from Da Nang resorts, and a 45-minute drive from downtown Da Nang City. The hotel is estimated to open in November 2026.
