F&B Sales Executive

• Receive and respond promptly to table reservation requests and information about products and services from customers via email, phone, or digital platforms such as Zalo and WhatsApp.

• Drive business leads for key calendar events e.g. Lunar New Year, 8th March, National Day, Christmas, New Year Eve.

• Preparation of quotations, proposals and Banquet Event Orders for all incoming leads

• Manage sales lead folders according to booking status and active soliciting of prospect clients

• Follow SOPs, Sales procedures templates created by the FBM

• Site inspections for prospect groups

• Initiate billing procedures, deposit payments and/or credit applications

• Organize regular sales calls to develop client relationships

• Create and maintain a record of guest preferences and ensure that they are communicated

• Assist in the organizing of roadshows, wedding shows, MICE. Etc.

• Handle projects as and when assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager

• Responsible for updating revenue forecast daily and following up billing/receipts post-event Be aware of and comply with Licensing Laws

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Food and Beverage part

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Passionate in Sales and target oriented.

• Has up to update F&B knowledge.

• Excellent administration, communication and organizational skills.

• Good interpersonal skills

• Service oriented with an eye for details
