Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Group L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design and facilitate training programs for leadership, operational, and corporate teams.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and learning culture initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Partner with hotel and corporate leaders to identify capability gaps and development needs.
- Led end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-caliber talent.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, preferably within hospitality, service, or multi-unit operations.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and program management skills.
- Ability to design and implement scalable learning solutions across multiple locations.
- Experience in competency frameworks, performance development, or talent management is an advantage.
