1. Operations Management
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Lobby & Lounge.
- Ensure service quality, cleanliness, food safety, and overall presentation consistently meet hotel standards.
- Conduct opening and closing checks in accordance with established procedures.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a welcoming, elegant, and professional atmosphere throughout the Lobby Lounge.
2. Team Management
- Assign duties and supervise team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing employees to enhance service performance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Support performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
3. Revenue and Cost Control
- Assist in monitoring departmental revenue, operating expenses, and loss prevention.
- Track sales performance and recommend initiatives to increase revenue.
- Control inventory levels, operating supplies, equipment, and departmental assets.
- Prepare and submit operational, revenue, and cost reports as required.
4. Guest Relations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests.
- Recognize and provide personalized service to VIP and repeat guests.
- Ensure guest feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.
- Promote hotel products, services, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational health and safety, and fire prevention regulations.
- Adhere to hotel policies, operating procedures, and brand standards.
- Support internal audits, inspections, and quality assurance programs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, particularly Lobby Lounge services, Afternoon Tea, beverages, and guest service.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel/restaurant management systems (POS)
