Resort Photographer & Videographer

We are seeking a highly creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Resort Photographer & Videographer to join our in-house Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller of our luxury property, capturing the premium guest experiences, architectural beauty, culinary artistry, and exclusive island activations that define our brand.

The ideal candidate possesses a sophisticated visual aesthetic, a passion for high-end lifestyle photography, and the technical agility to produce fast-turnaround social media content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) alongside cinematic-quality brand videos. You will work closely with the marketing team to turn promotional strategies into striking visual narratives that engage international and domestic audiences alike.

Key Focus: Seamlessly blending high-production lifestyle content with dynamic, real-time social media storytelling to elevate the resort's premium positioning across all digital touchpoints.

• Technical Competencies:
• Proven experience operating professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, studio lighting, and audio gear.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects) or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong expertise in mobile-first editing suites (CapCut, VN) for quick-turnaround social deliverables.
• Drone pilot experience or certification for sweeping aerial resort videography is highly preferred
