- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned kitchen outlet, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards, while maintaining smooth operations during peak periods and special events.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, freshness, presentation, hygiene, and food safety while ensuring compliance with all hotel standards and regulations.
- Support the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal promotions while introducing new culinary concepts aligned with market trends and guest preferences.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and support VIP functions and special events.
- Ensure effective inventory management, minimize waste, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Team leadership and talent development
- Promote sustainability initiatives and waste-reduction practices throughout kitchen operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 6 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Chef De Cuisine role.
- Relevant education certifications
- Strong knowledge of authentic Western cuisine is essential
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage
