Mô tả công việc

• Posting payment from clients into system.

• Issue VAT invoice & check sales VAT

• Monitor the implementation of economic contracts signed with customers. Follow up on sales reports

• Make irregular or periodical reports on debt situation at the request of Credit Manager

• Reconcile debt with customers & compare goods debt with agents and distributors. Proposing effective debt recovery measures

• Schedule debt payments with customers

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and relevant accounting system

• Knowledge of labor laws and employment visa requirements in ……

• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees

• Service oriented with an eye for details

• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

• Good presentation and influencing skills
