We are looking for an experienced, rigorous, and inspiring Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations - someone who combines culinary excellence with strong management instincts and a sharp eye for cost control.

The Head Chef at Club Rivage is the guardian of kitchen performance. Your mission is to deliver consistent culinary excellence while maintaining full control of food cost and staff cost — the two levers that determine the financial health of our kitchen. You will work hand in hand with the GM and CEO to ensure the kitchen operates as a profitable, well-organised, and motivated unit.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience, including at least 2 years in a Head Chef or Sous Chef role

- Proven track record in cost control — food cost %, portioning, waste reduc- tion

- Experience managing a team of 4+ kitchen staff

- Strong knowledge of supplier negotiation and purchasing

- Experience with high-volume event catering (100+ pax)

- Solid understanding of food safety and HACCP standards

- Rigorous and data-driven — you measure what matters and act on numbers

- Calm under pressure — service is not the time to lose composure

- Strong communicator — with the team, suppliers, and management

- Passionate about food quality but not at the expense of financial discipline

- Organised — you run a clean, structured, and efficient kitchen

- Fluent in Vietnamese & English
