The Event Coordinator / Administrator is responsible for supporting the Beach Club Leaders / Cluster Director of Operations in managing and coordinating all food and beverage activities at Sailing Beach Club. The role ensures effective communication and operational alignment between the Service, Entertainment and Culinary, maintaining compliance with standards and delivering consistent guest satisfaction, while coordinating online and offline booking inquiries, managing online reviews and responses promptly

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage coordination or supervisory roles.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management systems.

• Detail-oriented and proactive.

• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.

• Flexible and adaptable to operational requirements
