Mô tả công việc

Receive customer leads provided by the company.
Consult and sell travel services for international customers, including tours, hotels, transportation, and flight tickets.
Learn how to create customized itineraries and quotations based on customer needs.
Handle customer inquiries and requests throughout the consultation process.
Coordinate with the Tour Operations team to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Participate in training programs and practical coaching sessions provided by management.
Complete assigned tasks and objectives throughout the internship period.

Earnings:

Base salary: VND 8,000,000 – 10,000,000/month.
Performance bonuses and KPI-based incentives.
On-target earnings (OTE) of up to VND 60,000,000/month or higher for top performers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Fluent and confident in communicating in English and working with international customers.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, consulting, customer service, or related positions.
Candidates with experience in the travel, hospitality, aviation, or service industries are preferred.
At least 6 months of direct experience working with international customers in English.
