Lead the sales team, strategize, and execute a high-speed action plan to achieve the target of 100 luxury weddings before Tet. Pioneer and develop the modern, elegant Korean-style wedding concept.
Business Planning: Proactively develop weekly/monthly sales plans; design flexible wedding packages tailored to the Korean wedding trend (minimalistic, sophisticated, cinematic).
Sales Execution: Acquire VIP clients, partner with Top Wedding Planners/Agencies to close deals swiftly, ensuring the timeline for the 100-wedding target before Tet.
Reservation Management: Supervise the booking system and optimize hall capacity under 5-star standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years in a similar role at 5-star hotels or premium wedding venues.
Mindset & Aesthetic: Strong strategic planning skills; open-minded and well-versed in Korean wedding trends and concepts.
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High stress tolerance for peak-season sprints.
