- We are looking for a true "Sales Hunter" with a fiery passion for closing deals. You will strategize, lead from the front lines, and drive the team to hit the target of 100 weddings before Tet while aggressively pioneering the Korean-style wedding concept.
- Plan & Hunt: Develop weekly/monthly sales plans and actively "hunt" for new leads instead of waiting for existing data.
- Break the Limits: Proactively approach VIP clients, build deep networks with Wedding Planners/Agencies to close deals swiftly.
- Ignite the Team: Infuse a "warrior" mindset into the Sales & Reservation team, pushing KPIs to smash the 100-wedding target before Tet.
