Mô tả công việc
- Welcome guests and create a professional, friendly, and refined first impression from the moment they arrive.
- Receive, manage, and confirm table reservations via phone, email, and the restaurant’s booking channels.
- Proactively greet, guide, and arrange suitable seating for guests, ensuring a smooth and seamless dining experience.
- Manage the table layout, reservation status, and coordinate with related departments to optimize service capacity.
- Assist in providing information about the menu, services, events, and special promotions of the restaurant.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, professional attitude, and willingness to build a long-term career in a premium service environment.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Fine Dining restaurants, 5-star hotels, or luxury service environments.
- Qualifications or professional certificates in tourism, restaurant, or hotel management are an advantage.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
