Mô tả công việc

Assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in online content management
Seeking online marketing opportunities and managing the company´s website and web traffic, controlling OTA, Website booking, hotel reservation
In charge of daily/weekly/monthly reports of Online and Transient volumne
Develops direct and semi-direct online channels to check and to improve the Internet presents of the hotel.
Creative with a strategic mind and needs good Computer knowledge and internet skills.
Providing support to hotels in building the webpage for hotels and/or maintaining hotel information on website
Verify that the website has accurate information on hotels and pictures of newly registered accounts
Update data, inventory to accounts’ website, availability, specials, promotions or providing accounts with information and advice by mail and email, including follow-ups
Liaise with hotels to ensure information is up to date
Check statistics in the control room and follow up
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

Fluent English speaker and writer
Hotel School or University background preferred.
Experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus
Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently
Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality
Business focused
