Marketing Content Creator

Content Creation & Photography

- Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing the resort, villas, dining experiences, wellness facilities, events, and guest experiences.

- Produce engaging visual content for social media, website, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.

- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and lifestyle content aligned with brand standards.

- Maintain and organize the resort’s photo and video asset library.

Creative Design & Marketing Materials

- Design marketing collateral including flyers, posters, brochures, menus, promotional materials, presentation slides, and digital advertisements.

- Adapt artwork into various formats for social media, website banners, email campaigns, and print production.

- Ensure all creative materials are visually consistent with brand guidelines.

Social Media Content Support

- Support the MarCom Executive in producing content for social media channels.

- Assist with photography, videography, reels production, and content preparation for scheduled campaigns.

- Monitor content trends and recommend creative ideas to enhance engagement and content quality.

Content Production Coordination

- Assist in planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots on property.

- Coordinate with resort departments to capture seasonal promotions, new products, dining experiences, and guest activities.

- Ensure content is delivered on time to support marketing campaigns and commercial objectives.

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Photography, Multimedia, or related fields.

- Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills.

- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative software.

- Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and social media content.

- Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and branding.

- Hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or luxury brand experience is an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
