Public Relations Executive (Chuyên viên quan hệ công chúng)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Administrating Facebook: Furama Danang, Furama Resort Danang, Furama Villas Danang, Meeting Danang Vietnam, Don Cipriani’s Italian Restaurant, Steak House “The Fan”:

- Daily updating contents, including: news, promotions, recruitment info, recipes, articles, photos, fashion albums, video clips, events...

- Take photos: events, meetings, parties, landscapes

- Suggest more friends and sharing posts to other facebooks

- Feedback/answer guests’ comments and messages

- Plan PR activities on Facebook everyweek

• Promoting Food & Beverage activities; Recreational activities

- Promote monthly F&B promotions on Facebook, online sales websites

- Promote monthly REC activities, including packages for couple, water sport, tours, spa and beauty

• Writing articles
• Translating/Preparing documents and other paperwork

• Provision of uniforms and meal allowances.
• Professional working environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Media, or a related field. 
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và viết tiếng Anh, tiếng Việt tốt.
• Strong media relations and networking skills with press agencies, influencers, and business partners. 
• Excellent content writing and storytelling skills for press releases, articles, and social media. 
• Experience in organizing media events, press conferences, CSR activities, and promotional campaigns. 
• Strong understanding of branding, corporate image, and reputation management. 
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software is an advantage. 
• Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. N
• Willing to work flexible hours when required for events and media activities.
