Highly specialized position for a Vietnamese Culinary Expert
Ability to lead the culinary direction of our signature Vietnamese restaurant.
Ability to liaise closely with local producers and artisans to complement the restaurant’s culinary philosophy
Proven ability to produce an elevated and thoughtful, contemporary interpretation of Authentic /Traditional Vietnamese techniques and flavors
Beautiful modern presentation of dishes that are able to tell a story on the plate
Ideally experienced in a free-standing or semi-independent restaurant
Strong focus on an elevated dining concept, exceptional culinary storytelling, modern presentation and the overall guest experience.

Background: Highly specialized in Vietnamese cuisine with expertise in elevating traditional flavors through modern culinary techniques.
Language: Professional English proficiency.
