Thông tin cơ bản

Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for guest check-in and check-out.
  • Managing guest's accounts and information, and apartment in the system
  • Managing the cash at the counter and guest's valuables
  • Dealing with guest's queries and requests, comments and complaints, refer issues to the Supervisor when necessary
  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via telephone, email, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) in a prompt, professional manner adhering to brand standards.
  • Record all bookings neatly, accurately, and in full detail within the system using standard prescribed formats.
  • Monitor, log, and process cancellation and no-show reports; ensure late cancellation charges or penalties are applied correctly per hotel policy.
  • Coordinate arrival lists and group/FIT (Frequent Individual Traveler) booking details prior to guest arrival to ensure a smooth handoff to the FO team.
  • Coordinate with the travel agent and update the room allotment.
  • Co-ordinate closely with DSS/SMT team of each respective property in the in-charge area and other region to propose necessary assistance if necessary.
  • Working on shift and performing any other duties as required by management team.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Open to Fresh Graduates holding a degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related fields.
  • Additional work experience may substitute for degree.
  • Less than 1 year of hands-on experience in Front Office or Reservations is highly advantageous.
  • English Level : Highly articulate in English language, both written and spoken.
  • Customer oriented attitude and pleasant disposition is essential.
  • Capable of balancing desk administration with face-to-face guest interactions under pressure.Passionate about hospitality, well-groomed, and possessing an approachable, professional demeanor.
  • Adaptable to rotating schedules and shift changes based on operational demands.
