F&B Hostess

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.​
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently.​
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.​
• Coordinate table seating to maximize capacity and ensure smooth service flow.​
• Answer telephone calls and handle booking inquiries professionally.​
• Communicate daily specials, promotions, and important guest information (VIPs, special requests) to the service team.​
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.​
• Monitor dining room activity and assist in managing guest expectations during busy periods.​
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and escalate when required.​
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host/entrance area.​
• Support restaurant and banquet operations during events when needed.​
• Work closely with service staff and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.​
• Other Tasks assign by Superior / Managers.​

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality is preferred.​
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Hostess, Reception, or F&B service role is an advantage.​
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​
• Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English (additional languages are a plus).​
• Professional appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude.​
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.​
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.​
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.​
• Strong service mindset with a “Yes, I can do” attitude.​
