JOB SUMMARY

Shoots and produces high-quality photography and videography including, but not limited to, property features, food and beverage, lifestyle shoots, events, and promotional videos that reflect the brand’s image and style in order to drive hotel revenue. Partners with marketing managers and related operational departments as part of a project team providing visual storytelling and conceptualization solutions pertaining to deliverables. Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate visual narrative and aesthetic for all promotion and event-related media. Monitors the progress of all projects, including the maintenance of digital media files, b-roll libraries, and archives, and provides continuous communication to the Marketing and/or project team regarding ongoing project and status updates. Executes various aspects of post-production including, video editing, color grading, audio mixing, digital photo retouching, and file formatting for various platforms (social media, website, print).

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets (including camera and lighting equipment). Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs (especially when shooting in public guest areas); thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance (e.g., camera gear, tripods, and lighting equipment); stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

• CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education: High school diploma

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: Food Safety certification course
