Sales Manager/Key Account Manager - B2B shall be in charge of overseeing Enoteca Wine Sales in the South local market in Vietnam.
- Reporting line: Sales General Manager
- Working hours: 48 hours per week (Sat and Sun are optional depending on work nature and clients' demands)
- Office: Thanh Da, Binh Quoi Ward, HCMC
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and establish relationships with potential customers through direct meetings, phone calls, and emails
- Collect all relevant information about the market and customers.
- Advise on product development and implement promotional programs according to the company’s plan.
- Ensure the achievement of the company’s revenue targets.
- Plan and execute a daily schedule of calls and market visits for an assigned sales route.
- Monitor inventory (check and report the quantity of customer inventory monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Be responsible for customer debts and work with accounting to resolve unpaid customer debts with accounting.
- Evaluate sales performance and report to superiors; perform other tasks as required by managers.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, hospitality, wine & spirits, or luxury products.
- Proven sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and confidently present products to customers.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for wine; WSET or other wine-related qualifications are an advantage.
- Good command of English is preferred.
