Waiter/ Waitress

- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.

- Manage restaurant reservations and maintain an accurate seating plan.

- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

- Coordinate table allocation to maximize seating efficiency while maintaining guest comfort.

- Manage waiting lists and communicate expected waiting times professionally.

- Answer telephone calls promptly and handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests.

- Recognize repeat guests, VIPs, and guests with special occasions, ensuring personalized service.

- Maintain effective communication with the Restaurant Manager, Supervisors, and Service Team regarding guest flow and table availability.

- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and maintained according to hotel standards.

- Assist guests with restaurant information, promotions, and hotel facilities when required.

- Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

- Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, and brand service standards at all times.

- Support departmental objectives and perform other duties assigned by management.
