Bartender

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits, coffee, and other beverages according to hotel recipes and brand standards.

- Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to create memorable guest experiences.

- Recommend beverages and promote premium products through effective upselling.

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and workstations in compliance with food safety standards.

- Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently and presented to the highest quality.

- Monitor inventory levels, replenish bar stock, and report shortages or breakages.

- Process guest orders accurately using the POS system and handle cash or room charge transactions when required.

- Verify guests' legal drinking age and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with local regulations.

- Collaborate closely with restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and menu or beverage knowledge updates.

- Follow all health, safety, security, and hotel operating procedures.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager.
