• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional attitude.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and delivery.
• Escort guests to their rooms and introduce hotel facilities and services.
• Respond to guest requests and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards at all times.
