To maximize customer satisfaction by providing an efficient and multi-lingual guest contact function as well as directing and controlling all activities of subordinates ensuring the hotel meets its guest satisfaction objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare duty roster ensuring most efficient use of manpower resources
2. Accurately key in guest arrival details from guest registration cards
3. Accurately post charges to individual or group folios. Accurately post charges to individual or group folios
4. Ensure that all group billing instructions are properly adhered to
5. Conduct money changing transactions accurately and efficiently as per hotel policy
6. Close at the end of each shift and balance individual transactions and cash float
7. Prepare and handle guest billing procedures on check out
8. Assist in the key inventory and control procedures
9. Handle guest complaints, inquiries, comments and initiate appropriate action and follow-up

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor's degree in any field
2. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar position preferably in hospitality business
3. Proficiency in English and computer literate
4. Good health, mature and pleasant personality and neat appearance
5. Able to work under pressure
