BASIC FUNCTION:
To support and liaise with the sales team by telemarketing, completing site tours, administration of client contracts, booking rooms and keeping accurate sales records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office. 2. Gaining a clear understanding of the customers' businesses and requirements. 3. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
4. Maintaining customer records.
5. Keeping records of visits and sales.
6. Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
7. Drawing up tender documents or contracts.
8. Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management consideration.

Yêu cầu công việc
CRITERIA:
1. Bachelor Degree in related field
2. Minimum 2 years in a similar position in international hotels
3. Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to develop effective motivational strategies
5. Computer literate
6. Good health, mature and pleasant personality and neat appearance
