Mô tả công việc

Soạn thảo, theo dõi và lưu trữ hợp đồng lao động, quyết định và hồ sơ nhân viên./ Prepare, follow up and maintain labour contracts, employee decisions and personnel files.
Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng: đăng tin, sàng lọc hồ sơ, liên hệ ứng viên và sắp xếp phỏng vấn./ Support recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, candidate communication and interview arrangements.
Theo dõi hồ sơ nhân sự, ngày hết hạn hợp đồng và các thủ tục liên quan./ Track employee records, contract expiry dates and related HR documentation.
Thu thập, tổng hợp thông tin phục vụ báo cáo nhân sự./ Collect and consolidate information for HR reports.
Hỗ trợ truyền thông nội bộ, đào tạo và các hoạt động dành cho nhân viên./ Support internal communication, training and employee activities.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận và thực hiện các công việc hành chính nhân sự khác./ Coordinate with departments and perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học./ College or university graduate.
Cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm, chủ động theo sát công việc và bảo mật thông tin./ Careful, responsible, proactive and able to maintain confidentiality.
Giao tiếp tốt, thái độ tích cực và sẵn sàng học hỏi./ Positive attitude, good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh trong công việc là một lợi thế./ Ability to use English at work is an advantage.
Thành thạo Word, Excel và các công cụ văn phòng cơ bản./ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Không bắt buộc có nhiều kinh nghiệm; công ty sẵn sàng đào tạo ứng viên phù hợp./ Extensive experience is not required; training will be provided to the right candidate.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm hành chính nhân sự hoặc trong ngành khách sạn./ Previous experience in HR administration or hospitality is preferred.
