BASIC FUNCTION:
The Revenue Analyst supports Director of Revenue by preparing revenue reports, collecting and analyzing data, ensuring all rooms, rates and policies are properly set up in CRS, PMS and connected channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue, distribution and performance reports in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Conduct daily rate shopping activities and monitor compertitor pricing, restrictions and promotional activities, highlighting significant market changes to the Director of Revenue.
3. Submit required hotel performance and market data to CoStar and other designated benchmarking platforms in accordance with reporting deadlines.
4. Collect, consolidate and analyze historical and future booking data to support revenue analysis and forecasting activities.
5. Assist in monitoring booking pace, pick-up trends, cancellation patterns and demand fluctuations, reporting observations and findings to the Director of Revenue.
6. Support forecasting processes by compiling historical performance data, market intelligence and booking trends for Director of Revenue review.
7. Support the setup, maintenance and update of room types, rate plans, packages, policies and content across CRS, PMS, booking engine and connected distribution channels.
8. Maintain accurate room and rate configurations in all systems and perform updates as requested by the Director of Revenue.
9. Prepare campaign briefing forms and support the setup and implementation of promotional campaigns, packages and special offers across all applicable systems. 10. Assist in testing newly created rate plans, packages, promotions and system
enhancements prior to implementation.
11. Analyze channel production performance and prepare regular reports on booking sources, channel contribution and distribution trends.
12. Monitor rate parity across OTAs, brand websites and direct booking channels, identifying discrepancies and escalating findings when required.
13. Reconcile revenue-related data between PMS, CRS and other connected systems, investigating and reporting discrepancies.
14. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues related to bookings, rate loading, connectivity and distribution channels.
15. Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Front Office, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure accurate implementation of rates, promotions and distribution initiatives. 16. Maintain competitor and market intelligence records, ensuring information is updated and readily available for analysis and reporting purposes.
17. Prepare ad-hoc reports, presentations and analytical summaries as requested by the Director of Revenue.
18. Participate in training sessions conducted by Corporate Revenue, Distribution, Digital Marketing teams and external partners to enhance system and industry knowledge.
19. Support departmental projects, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
20. Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the Director of Revenue in support of departmental and business objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc
CRITERIA:
1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, E-Commerce, English language, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
2. Microsoft Office: Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint / Word/Excel.... 3. Languages: English is a must, knowledge of other languages is an advantage 4. Communication skills: Professional tone & attitude for both written and verbal communications when interacting with customers, colleagues and third parties that reflect positively on the hotel, the brand and the owning company.
5. Business minded: Knowledge of effective hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization, selling strategies, E-commerce distribution models, and ability to determine which concepts to apply in given market conditions.
6. Other abilities: Problem solving, analytical, critical thinking, reasoning, self- motivation, organizational, presentation and training.
